Financial Reporting, Director, LCD Business Management

We’re seeking someone to join our team as a Director in Legal and Compliance division In the Legal & Compliance division, we assist the Firm in achieving its business objectives by facilitating and overseeing the Firm’s management of legal, regulatory and franchise risk. What you'll do in the role: * Prepare and maintain monthly recurring management reporting for senior leadership, including expense, headcount, and KPI dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and consistency

* Support month end close activities by preparing accruals and expense reclassifications in accordance with accounting standards, coordinating closely with Business Unit and Infrastructure controllers. * Partner with external law firms to reconcile unbilled legal expenses and analyze work in progress accruals. * Prepare detailed external legal spend reports and analyses for senior management relationship level meeting with Legal and other third-party vendors * Collaborate cross functionally with Finance and Human Resources on cost allocation and cost center management

* Assist with annual budgeting and forecasting processes. * Provide ad hoc financial analysis, process mapping support, and executive level presentations as required.
