Develop trusted partnerships across diverse teams such as Corporate Strategy, Human Resources, Tax, Accounting, and Finance Demonstrate proficient attention to detail in financial modeling, reporting, and presentations Simplify complex details to support leadership decision-making Manage change and drive opportunities for efficiency and automation across financial rhythms of business (ROB) Successful execution of time-sensitive and high-pressure deliverables with calm composure, positive attitude, and team spirit Contribute to team growth including mentorship, coaching, recruiting, onboarding, and training activities Apply judgment and manage multiple workstreams to create clarity in ambiguous scenarios Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership, finance, or related field OR equivalent experience.
