Our main areas covered are: General Ledger Accounting, Management Accounting, Treasury and Accounts Receivable. The department is constantly expanding since our main goal is to perform end-to-end accounting activities in the near future

</span></p><p></p><p><span>As a <b>Finance & Accounting Team Lead, focusing on Fixed Asset accounting </b></span><span>you will coordinate complete, stringent, and timely finance and accounting tasks within the department's scope while proactively seeking opportunities to allow more effective cooperation between teams regardless of country or functional assignments.</span></p><p></p><p><b><span>In this role, you will focus on:</span></b></p><ul><li><p><b>Leading</b><span><b> people management </b>activities, including recruitment, goal setting, and performance evaluations to support both operational excellence and professional growth.</span></p></li><li><p><b>Ensuring</b><span><b> service quality and compliance </b>by overseeing daily Capital and Lease Accounting operations in accordance with SOPs, ICFRs, and agreed service levels.</span></p></li><li><p><b>Proactively and constructively managing</b><span> change initiatives</span><b><span>, </span></b><span>continuous improvement & automation projects </span> <span>and best practice implementatio
