As part of our commercial expansion, we are seeking a Field Sales Supervisor - Traditional Trade , to join our Riyadh team. A DAY IN THE LIFE … Achieving monthly and annual sales targets (Volume, value) Ensure and enhance full route coverage, drop size, market share, success rate. Follow up and audit the collection from the customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure optimal product placement and visibility
Conduct training and development sessions for team members to enhance their sales skills. Check and follow up on sales actions and conduct surveys to gather feedback and improve sales strategies. Utilize sales tools and software to track performance, manage customer relationships
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales activities. Uphold Nestlé’s standards of quality, safety, and ethical business practices in all field operations. What Will Make You Successful… Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field
+4 years of relevant experience sales Field, preferably in the food & beverage sector. Previous experience supervising retail routes & field team. Valid Saudi Driving License required
