Field Coach는 Store의 세일즈 직원들이 브랜드의 문화, 가치, 상품의 앰버서더로 거듭날 수 있도록 회사의 전략 방향성에 맞추어 교육하고 코칭하는 업무를 담당합니다. Position: Field Coach Department: Retail Learning & Development Team Location: 서울 Work type: 주 40시간 평일 근무 (*단, 고객 이벤트 등의 사유로 주말 코칭 서포트가 필요한 경우, 예외적으로 주말 근무가 발생할 수 있음) Main Responsibilities: Coaching Client Advisor (매장 판매직) 의 니즈에 맞춰, In-store 코칭을 담당하고 코칭 문화 조성 Observation: 적극적인 경청과 질문을 통한 관찰 Individual Coach: 직원들이 스스로 대처/해결 방안을 생각해낼 수 있도록 Store 현장에서 개별 코칭 팀원 개개인에 대한 성과와 코칭 후 경과에 대한 피드백을 Store Manager와 Learning Manager에게 지속적으로 제공 Voice (고객만족도조사) 의 결과를 활용하여 직원 개개인을 코칭하고, 고객 불만족의 근원적인 원인을 해결할 수 있도록 지원 Facilitate onboarding of newcomers 신규입사자 온보딩 중 Category Learning담당 신규입사자의 온보딩 과정 중, 팀원들의 현재 상황과 개선점 등을 Store Manager와 Learning Manager에게 피드백 General duties 코칭 프로그램/이니셔티브의 경험이나 Best Practice를 여러 매장에 공유하는 플랫폼으로서의 역할을 담당 회사의 규정과 절차를 준수하고, 타 직원의 모범이 되는 역할 스스로가 루이비통의 Grooming 과 고객 서비스의 기준이 될 수 있도록 모범을 보이는 역할을 수행 Job responsibilities Luxury Brand 세일즈 업무 경력자 (Senior ~ Manager 경력) 또는 Coaching / Learning 경력 2년 이상 LOUIS VUITTON MAISON Founded in Paris in 1854, Louis Vuitton perpetuates the ambitious vision of its namesake
