About the Program This is a full-time, paid 12-week internship designed to fast-track your entry into a technician career. Start Date: Mid-July 2026 (exact date to be confirmed) Phase 1: 6 weeks of paid classroom and lab training Phase 2: 6 weeks of paid, hands-on shop experience Work alongside experienced technicians and dedicated mentors Receive Caterpillar dealer-specific technical training Travel may be required, including 3–4 consecutive weekdays for off-site training during the program Upon successful completion, you will be eligible for consideration for a full-time technician position
