Position Summary The Facility Services Operation Manager is responsible for leading the building maintenance organization, which ensures the safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation of office buildings, site infrastructure, and utility systems
This role involves overseeing employees and contractors to maintain preventive maintenance, emergency response, regulatory compliance, quality standards, and continuous improvement initiatives that facilitate uninterrupted business operations. Role and Responsibilities Here’s What You’ll Be Responsible For: Leadership and Team Management Lead, coach, and develop a team of maintenance technicians, engineers, and contractors. Set performance expectations, conduct evaluations, and implement development plans
Manage workforce planning, scheduling, and staffing to ensure adequate 24/7 coverage. Foster a strong culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and customer service. Maintenance Operations Direct preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for building systems and infrastructure
Prioritize work orders and allocate resources to meet operational and business needs. Ensure timely response to equipment failures, facility emergencies, and customer requests. Monitor maintenance performance metrics such as downtime, backlog, and schedule compliance
Reliability and Quality Improvement Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for recurring failures. Establish maintenance quality standards and auditing processes. Implement reliability-centered maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives
