Fab 10 Facilities Principal Mechanical Engineer Location: Fab 10 Facilities, Singapore Job Description We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Facilities Mechanical Principal Engineer to lead the engineering, maintenance, and strategic development of site-wide mechanical systems supporting advanced semiconductor manufacturing

This role is critical to ensuring the safety, reliability, resilience, and efficiency of mechanical infrastructure, including cleanroom and utility systems. The successful candidate will act as a site-level technical authority, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to align mechanical strategies with site, corporate, and departmental goals. The Principal Mechanical Engineer is expected to deliver visible impact at the program and project level, drive innovation through advanced technologies and digital tools, and actively mentor and develop engineering talent, strengthening both technical depth and leadership capability within the organization Job Responsibilities: Safety, Compliance & Operational Excellence Champion environmental, health, and safety (EHS) compliance across all mechanical operations, ensuring adherence to corporate policies, local regulations, and site SOPs

Lead risk assessments, FMEA, and hazard mitigation activities to eliminate single points of failure and enhance system resilience. Promote a strong culture of operational discipline, safe work practices, and quality execution. Mechanical Systems
