## Company: Qualcomm Semiconductor Limited ## Job Area: Legal Group, Legal Group > Export Compliance General Summary: Qualcomm Incorporated is seeking an experienced export compliance personnel with strong knowledge of Taiwanese and U.S. Regulations including Taiwan’s Foreign Trade Act, US Department of Commerce Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the US Treasury Office of Foreign Assets Regulations (OFAC) and sanctions regulations. Minimum Qualifications: * Minimum 7 years of direct experience with Taiwan, Asia, and international export controls, sanctions, and compliance management. Experience in mobile and wireless semiconductor industry is preferred. * Minimum of 2 years country Export or Trade Compliance Senior Specialist, with legal background is preferred
* Minimum bachelor’s degree in legal, business, science, and/or equivalent is required. Preferred Qualifications * Extensive knowledge of Taiwan TITA regulatory guidelines, Internal Compliance Program (ICP), IVL, and ICP export bulk permit. * Solid experiences and knowledge of EAR, OFAC Regulations, Anti-boycott rules, US ITAR Regulations, and Wassenaar dual use and munitions lists are required
* Firsthand experience on customers and partners due diligences process development and management, commercial tools and databases evaluation and process integration are must with strong analytical and problem-solving ability. * Strong problem solving, and communications skills and ability to multitask. * Ability to work effectively cross functionally with colleagues, management, and operations personnel
