This role operates as an extension of the executive, enabling focus on enterprise priorities through sophisticated calendar strategy, executive communications, meeting orchestration, and confidential advisory support. This position requires strong business judgment, anticipation of executive needs, comfort operating in ambiguity, and the ability to manage complex stakeholder dynamics across ELT, SLT, and external partners. This role is based in the Minnetonka, MN office with flexibility to work a hybrid schedule, which is defined as four days onsite, and one day offsite per week

Primary Responsibilities: Executive & Strategic Time Management Own end-to-end calendar strategy for COO, balancing enterprise priorities, operating cadence, and recovery time Serve as a thought partner to executives on time allocation, recommending trade-offs and prioritization changes Anticipate downstream impacts of calendar decisions across ELT and SLT forums Manage urgent and sensitive requests with sound judgment and discretion Executive Communications & Stakeholder Interface Serve as primary liaison with ELT peers, SLT leaders, and external stakeholders Draft and manage executive communications, briefing materials, and presentations Screen and prioritize communication, responding on behalf of the executive when appropriate Maintain strict confidentiality on sensitive enterprise matters ELT Meeting & Operating Cadence Enablement Orchestrate ELT meetings, reviews, and offsites with disc
