Within the EUV Factory (EF) Manufacturing department, we are responsible for dismantling EUV Scanners and Source systems. The System Dismantle & Prepack team plays a critical role in disassembling these systems with the highest quality standards for our customers and ensuring they are fully prepared for shipment
We are currently looking for an Engineer who will specialize in the dismantling phase of the process. Role and responsibilities As a Dismantle technician, you will disassemble, lock, and adjust high-tech systems in accordance with strict specifications and procedures, all within defined cycle times. You will collaborate in a multidisciplinary team and play a key role in achieving our ambitious output targets
Disassemble of parts and modules for Scanner and Source in a safe way. Ensure a safe and orderly workplace, including adherence to all safety procedures. Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues and/or deviations to ensure quality and meet our deadlines
Continuous Improvement: Suggest product and process improvements and support the introduction of new products. Communication: Report progress, escalate issues, and keep stakeholders informed. Knowledge Sharing: Acquire and share knowledge, and train colleagues
Education and experience MBO 4 in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Aerospace Engineering, or Automotive Engineering. Applicants with a vocational qualification (MBO, minimum level 3) combined with a 2- 3 years of relevant practical experience are also encouraged to apply. Hands-on experience in a high-tech production or customer service environment is essential
Strong affinity with system assembly / dismantling and troubleshooting. Experience with both coarse and fine mechanics is preferred. Skills Team player in a multidiscipl
