Job Summary As a Fab 10 Facilities Operations Transformation Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in transforming our Facilities Operations to support our advanced memory and AI applications

You will lead multiple exciting programs aimed at improving team productivity and ensuring an uninterrupted supply of plant utilities and facilities services, operating 24/7 to support Fab Production. Your innovative mindset and enthusiasm will drive continuous improvement through data, automation, and enhanced operational strategies. Main Responsibilities: Drive improvements to all existing and future Fab 10 Facilities Operations programs, coordinating with all Facilities system owners from all sites in Fab 10 Lead Post Incident Review (PIR) processes to prevent facilities supply interruptions and ensure smooth execution of critical work through the Site Incident Prevention Plan (SIPP) Spearhead labor productivity improvement projects within F
