We are looking for a Facilities Control Engineer to lead engineering and maintenance activities in the areas of Control and SMART Facility systems on site

This role is essential for ensuring the safety, reliability, and optimal performance of control infrastructure that supports advanced semiconductor manufacturing. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive alignment with site, corporate, and departmental objectives. They will contribute expert technical knowledge to advance innovative solutions, ensuring visible impact at the project or program level

The role also requires awareness of leadership skill development, fostering growth in both technical and leadership dimensions. Key Responsibilities: Champion environmental, health, and safety compliance across all control operations. Conduct risk assessments and promote a culture of safety and operational discipline

Lead commissioning, maintenance, and optimization of control systems. Provide expert-level support for complex operational issues and lead root cause investigations using 8D problem-solving methodologies. Oversee capacity planning, system performance analysis and execution of expansion projects to enable site growth and production demands

Review and validate scope, schedule, and cost estimates for infrastructure upgrades. Provide engineering oversight and technical guidance during design and construction phases. Conduct risk assessments and failure mode and effects anal
