Progress starts with you. Job Description Visa is seeking a Director – Technology People Strategy & Operations to join the People team. Reporting to the SVP, People Technology, role acts as a strategic People advisor to senior Technology leaders and People Business Partners, ensuring strong alignment between Technology’s priorities and the broader People team strategy

This leader will drive Technology’s people strategy with expertise in human capital consulting, workforce planning, people analytics, and GenAI-enabled insights. The role requires strong strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and operational excellence, with the ability to set direction and deliver results in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Shape long-term people strategies aligned to Technology and enterprise priorities

Serve as an internal human capital consultant, conducting organizational assessments and advising on workforce design, leadership effectiveness, and talent strategy. Lead strategic planning for the Technology People Team, including OKRs, multi‑year priorities, and execution roadmaps. Bring external insight on HR innovation, future‑of‑work trends, organizational effectiveness, and workforce architecture

Build advanced data‑driven insights using analytics, dashboards, forecasting, and GenAI‑powered tools. Report key people metrics, trends, and progress to executive audiences, including for operational reviews and board/regulatory u
