Job Description As the Director of Solutions Delivery for Coastal Southern Africa at Visa, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of payment solutions across the Coastal Southern Africa region. This role is an opportunity to drive Visa's positioning as the preferred choice of network partners by issuers and the brand of choice for consumers
Your role will be multifaceted, requiring you to generate thought leadership around consumer products, work closely with key stakeholders to drive acquisition and profitable usage, and develop strategies for portfolio optimization and channel diversification. Your purpose is to help clients go to market faster with Visa products and solutions. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of strong people management and the ability to work effectively across matrixed organizations.
