Job Description The Director, Flex and Installment Solutions will lead all aspects of product solutioning growth and adoption across various functions from inception through deal close while building programs and automations that get us from idea to launch significantly faster. Flex and Installments are key for modernizing credential capability enabling new income streams new entrants for faster distribution and accomplishing top of wallet status for issuers

This leader and their team will help drive global change support market initiatives delivering consistently to unlock new payment volume aligned to strategic growth imperatives. This leader and their team will work closely with various teams across Product Development, Strategy, GTM, Data Technology, Finance, Regions, Rules, Risk and more to define and deliver accelerated sales use cases in more markets in alignment with growth levers. The team must support alignment and provide narrative, tooling and executional streamlining across all of Visas 5 regions directly owning leading and executing key cross functional initiatives that are top management priorities
