Progress starts with you. Job Description We are seeking a highly strategic, results-driven Director to join the North America (NA) Visa Direct FP&A Team. This role will lead end-to-end financial planning and analysis (end to end, full P&L), including performance diagnostics, budgeting, forecasting, multi-year strategic planning, and executive-level reporting

The Director will play a critical role in shaping financial strategy by synthesizing complex data into actionable insights and presenting clear, compelling recommendations to senior leadership and executive stakeholders. This role is closely aligned with Visa Direct’s growth strategy, including diversification of use cases, expansion of cross-border capabilities, and scaling of new and existing programs. As the business continues to grow, this role will lead forecasting and analytics efforts across a broad and expanding set of stakeholders, including Product, Account Management, Sales, and other cross-functional teams supporting NA Visa Direct

The Director will also play a key role in shaping program-level reporting, improving visibility into cross-border performance, and driving consistency across new and evolving business models. This position is responsible for driving financial rigor, accuracy, and transparency across planning and reporting processes, while serving as a trusted advisor to business leaders.
