Progress starts with you. Job Description Visa is seeking an experienced leader to serve as Director – Cross Border (Growth & Initiatives) as part of the Product org for India & South Asia. This role owns the end‑to‑end strategy, governance, and execution of Visa’s most complex and high‑impact cross‑border initiatives, spanning payment success rate (PSR) improvements, authentication readiness, acquiring expansion, and strategic pilots with issuers and acquirers

The Director will operate as a senior leader, representing Visa in driving engagements with issuers, acquirers, and ecosystem partners, while also serving as the internal orchestrator across Product, Risk, Technology, Client Services, Legal, and PMO. This role combines strategic ownership, commercial accountability, and executive influence, with clear accountability for business outcomes. Essential Functions: End‑to‑End Program & Commercial Ownership: Own the strategy, prioritization, and delivery of multiple cross‑border programs with clear accountability for outcomes (e.g., PSR uplift, Spend uplift, Acceptance expansion) Translate regional and global cross‑border priorities into executable market programs, with defined success metrics, milestones, and governance cadence
