Job Description Visa's Technology Management organization is seeking an experienced Director of Automation and Reporting to lead the strategy, development, and operationalization of automation capabilities and enterprise reporting frameworks across Visa’s Corporate IT portfolio. This leader will drive continuous improvement through process automation, and data-driven insights that enable operational excellence and informed decision-making at every level of the organization

The Work Itself Own and evolve the enterprise reporting and analytics function, delivering actionable dashboards, KPI frameworks, and executive-level summaries for technology leadership. Define and execute a data warehouse strategy for the Corporate IT team Integrate data sources to the data warehouse of choice including operations data, workforce data and vendor and spend related information Partner with technology, engineering, and operations teams to identify, prioritize, and deliver automation opportunities that reduce toil, improve efficiency, and enhance quality. Build and lead a team of automation engineers and reporting analysts, setting strategic direction, managing performance, and fostering a culture of innovation
