Job Description What a Director, Account Executive – Fintechs does at Visa The Director, Account Executive – Fintechs leads Visa’s strategic relationships with key fintech and digital banking clients in Malaysia, with accountability for driving commercial growth, deepening partnerships, and strengthening Visa’s position across the segment. This is a senior commercial leadership role spanning Visa’s three strategic focus areas: Core Consumer Payments, Commercial & Money Movement Solutions, and Value-Added Services, including Advisory, CyberSource, Loyalty Solutions, and Data and Risk solutions

Success in this role requires strong commercial acumen, a consultative and client-centric approach, and the ability to identify, negotiate, and execute high-impact opportunities across a dynamic client portfolio. The role also requires close partnership with cross-functional teams to deliver the best of Visa through a One Visa approach. Your responsibilities will include: Lead Visa’s relationships with key fintech and digital banking clients in Malaysia, ensuring alignment with client priorities and Visa’s strategic objectives
