Participate in the framing and definition of new solutions (identification of business needs, framing workshops, etc.) with the various teams (Marketing, Training, Business Development, CRM, etc.). Change management: Participate in the drafting of technology user guides and keep them up to date

Train markets in new projects and support them in their implementation. Track performance: Monitor launches and analyze key KPIs Benchmark: Identify retail, online, web 3 or Artificial Intelligence opportunities Identify third-party solutions that can improve the customer experience Profile Strong Analytical and Research Skills: Ability to conduct in-depth market research, analyze data, and identify actionable insights. Creative Thinking & Problem Solving: An open-minded approach to experimentation, capable of generating novel ideas and addressing challenges from unique perspectives

Project Management Knowledge: Understanding of project management principles to support ongoing initiatives.
