Diffusion Staff Process Manager /Engineer Lead

Responsibilities: Lead and implement cost reduction strategies with a target of 12% YOY

Skillfully handle the transition of new products to achieve seamless integration. Develop and optimize CIP process recipes to sustain flawless production lines. Coach and mentor team members through one-on-one sessions, encouraging a growth mindset

Strictly monitor and secure SPC inline performance to maintain high-quality standards. Minimum Qualifications: Engineering degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience. Proven experience in diffusion/implant processes within the semiconductor industry

Strong leadership and team mentoring capabilities. Outstanding problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to determine and implement effective process improvements

Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Engineering or a related area. Extensive experience with XP8 processes. Proven track record of spearheading cost-cutting efforts in a manufacturing setting
