DEPUTY STORE MANAGER-Guangzhou Published on 10.26.2025 Bulgari 零售 Reference: BULG09742 Add to favorites Open Share Place of employment : Guangzhou, Chinese Mainland Contrat type : 正式工作 Required experience : 两年及以上 Work mode : 全职 Apply POSITION JOB RESPONSIBILITIES ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Position 作为面向客户和客户顾问的团队领导，确保销售完成，客户满意度和关系发展。 通过定期指导销售团队如何为客户提供卓越的服务，支持店铺经理完成销售目标。 Job responsibilities 业务管理： · 负责一个产品类别，协助领导销售团队达成销售目标，相关，产品库存和管理； · 对个人销售目标负责，个人销售目标根据店铺情况和销售量决定，与普通客户顾问相比应控制在以内。 客户管理 : · 抓住并最大限度地利用每一个机会来支持销售团队，以确保他们每个人都能够为我们的客户提供独特而难忘的购物体验。 · 处理突发事件，如客户投诉等。 团队管理 : · 直接管理6人左右的团队，对团队人员全面负责，包括销售业绩，销售相关KPI绩效，个人表现等； · 支持店铺经理对所有店铺员工进行相关培训/辅导(例如但不仅限为：产品培训、角色扮演，营运培训和系统培训)，及时反馈以提高员工的销售和各方面工作技巧； · 在店铺经理不在的情况下，负责店铺的良好维护，带领员工确保店铺的环境安全，店铺营运的良好运作，以及遵循产品分类和视觉陈列指南的规定。 店铺营运 : · 协助店经理对陈列、店铺维护等任务进行监督； · 确保店铺保持高标准的清洁和整洁，确保视觉陈列符合并始终呈现品牌形象； · 任何其他分配的职责/ 事务。 Additional information 大专或本科以上学历 流利的普通话，有良好的英文沟通能力更佳 5年以上奢侈品行业销售及零售运营经验，至少2年团队管理经验 丰富的奢侈品行业知识，有珠宝及腕表品类知识者优先考虑 熟悉零售店铺日常运营流程 良好的计算机操作能力 销售技能, 客户关系维护技能，教练技能 BVLGARI MAISON Bvlgari was founded in the heart of Rome in 1884.
