Holding team briefings Supporting the SM & ASM to achieve store KPIs and targets Working on a rostered basis including weekends, early starts and late finishes We would love to hear from you if you: Have previous management experience in a fast paced, high volume retail sales environment Have strong emotional intelligence, communication skills, and the ability to influence team members at all levels by leading by example Have a history of exceeding sales targets and KPI’s Are proficient in using the Microsoft Office Suite.
