Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Administer SQL Server instances, clusters, SQL Agent jobs, and resource usage across environments. Ensure High Availability & Disaster Recovery readiness, including failover validation, backup/restore execution, and overall DR preparedness. Monitor and optimize database performance through proactive tuning, workload analysis, and index management
