The position will help ensure overall availability and reliability to meet or exceed defined service levels of data center operations

This position involves in-depth hardware and network diagnostics followed by physical repair as well as participating in an on-call rotation. Key job responsibilities • Regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds; and participate in group lifts for 41+ pounds • Ability to work in an environment that operates 24/7 with an ability to participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support as needed • Some regional travel may be required About the team AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure.
