We are seeking for a NPI Program Manager - Operations who had excellent product support and manufacturing NPI/MP knowledge and experience in supporting the fast-growing NV system level new product development over in Taiwan working with CMs. What you'll be doing: Accountable for managing and communicating process, material readiness, build schedule exercises and communicating status back to the larger team in headquarter

Drive factory NPI teams to efficiently and effectively on BOM/ECO check and implementation. Lead and facilitate NPI meetings with representatives from Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, and Engineering associates during process development, pilot, and ramp-up of manufacturing. Help with internal process improvements; remove gaps, across multiple teams and functions

What we need to see: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in industrial management or Industrial Engineering. 3+ years of CM/ODM Server product project management experience. Deep understanding of project management teams, resolving conflict, and meeting schedule timelines
