Growing together. Primary Responsibilities: This position functions as a subject matter expert across three key domains. Data Engineering & Analytics Expertise in business intelligence, databases, ETL processes, data pipelines, SQL, Python, and analytical best practices to ensure reliable and scalable data solutions Healthcare Risk Adjustment & Health Plan Data Deep understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and ACA Commercial risk adjustment programs to ensure accurate interpretation, reporting, and application of industry specific data Application-Level Analysis & Troubleshooting Be able to identify root causes of system, data, and workflow issues; recommend corrective actions; and collaborate with technical teams to ensure timely resolution Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment)
