The Opportunity We’re looking for a D365 F&O Business Analyst to join us on an 18-month fixed-term contract based in Christchurch. This role is part of our Drive:365 Transformation Programme, a major initiative to migrate our legacy Dealer Management System (DMS) to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll act as the bridge between business and technology, helping shape how our future systems work. Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyse and document requirements Support the migration from legacy DMS (including Autoline) to D365 F&O Facilitate workshops and translate business needs into clear, actionable solutions Perform process mapping, gap analysis, and solution design Support system testing, validation, and documentation Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain and operations Provide Tier 2–3 support for D365 F&O where required Work closely with project teams to ensure successful delivery of the Drive:365 roadmap What We’re Looking For We’re open to a range of experience levels, but you’ll bring a mix of curiosity, communication, and analytical thinking.
