“You must be work authorized in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship” Role and Responsibilities In this role, you will manage operational trade compliance and support continuous improvement initiatives. You will collaborate with global teams to maintain regulatory adherence, streamline processes, and drive data-driven decision-making. Your responsibilities include: Manage import and export filings to ensure compliance with international regulations

Review Customs and export requirements and strengthen internal controls. Prepare and update training materials for import/export compliance. Maintain and improve internal procedures and presentations

Develop and implement new compliance processes and project plans. Conduct audits to verify adherence to trade regulations. Support Duty Drawback processes and global improvement projects

Perform data analysis to identify trends, improve compliance efficiency, and support reporting. Coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality goals are met. Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Customs broker license preferred but not required. Minimum of 5 years of experience in trade compliance or customs operations. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle

Experience with data analysis tools; Spotfire experience preferred but not required. P
