By leading the technical verification of on-product performance, you will validate the business case and accelerate customer adoption of sustainable ASML portfolios, ensuring the long-term success of our technology trajectory. Responsibilities Node Transition Project (NTP) : Lead project execution, resource allocation, and risk mitigation Technical Leadership : Synthesize engineering inputs to pivot project direction Customer Alignment : Translate requirements into project deliverables Stakeholder Management : Leverage interests to drive priorities Product Value : Partner with business teams to drive customer adoption Business Development : Turn business opportunities into actionable plans Requirements Experience : 5+ years in semiconductors, ideally with process control expertise Leadership : Proven track record in complex project or team management Communication : Fluent English skills with ability to navigate technical dialogue Assertiveness : Decisive leadership with the resilience to navigate project deliverables Professional Skills : Ability to translate deep technical insights into executive summary This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.)
