Position Summary The CRC Technician will support calibrated tool management for both external calibrations and in-house calibrations
They will maintain calibrated tool RFID cabinets in proper working order. In addition, they will support material handling operations within the Cleans and Repair Part operations. As such they will interact with Fab Engineering, Cleans and Repair Vendors, and other CRC personnel
They will utilize a parts management system for tracking and processing part transactions. The CRC Technician is expected to discover and implement continuous improvements to the operations, systems and business processes within the area. Role and Responsibilities Here’s What You’ll Be Responsible For: Coordinating and collecting calibration tools across the site that are due or over-due for calibration
Dispositioning calibration tools by sending to an external calibration vendor, or performing in-house calibration where applicable. Troubleshooting: Identify, investigate, and resolve issues with out-of-tolerance equipment. Tracking status of calibration tools as they progress through their life cycle
Ensuring tracking, certifications and documentation of calibration tools including RF ID labeling of tools Perform basic maintenance on RFID cabinets and escalate to vendor for more complex repairs Maintain in-house certifications functions related to Torque, Bubble Level, Multi-Meter, Scales, Calipers, etc. Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and provide Peer Training Track and monitor system(s) for in-coming parts from Spare Parts. Manage equipment parts for transport
