SMTS SILICON DESIGN ENGINEER THE ROLE: The CPU Microarchitecture and Performance Modeling team at AMD Bangalore is looking for engineers with BTech, MTech or PhD with relevant experience of 10+ years to work on AMD’s next generation processor microarchitecture development. This team is the biggest CPU architecture and performance modeling team at AMD and is playing a very important role in AMD’s all CPU microarchitecture work. The person will be part of AMD’s highly experienced and talented team of engineers working on microarchitecture development and processor performance modeling and will work closely with AMD’s CPU and SOC performance architects
THE PERSON: A successful candidate will work with senior silicon design engineers, architects, RTL writers. The candidate will be highly accurate and detail-oriented, possessing good communication and problem-solving skills. KEY RESPONSIBLITIES: Strong knowledge of computer architecture with good experience of working and developing microarchitectural timing simulator, C++ programming
