This role is ideal for a senior operator who thrives at the intersection of content, compliance, scale, and AI enabled workflows - and who can bring clarity, structure, and momentum to complex, cross functional environments. Primary Responsibilities: Own Enterprise Content Operations Lead the end to end program strategy and operating model for Optum's content ecosystem, ensuring scalability, compliance, and measurable business impact Oversee delivery across content managers, creative studio, campaign teams, and legal/compliance partners Drive Operational Excellence Establish and run planning rhythms including annual and quarterly roadmaps, editorial calendars, capacity planning, and prioritization frameworks Facilitate intake processes, stage gates, retrospectives, and continuous improvement ceremonies Define and enforce clear RACI models, SLAs, and cross team handoffs Governance, Standards & Compliance Create and steward enterprise content standards including taxonomy, metadata, versioning, accessibility, brand guidelines, and HIPAA compliance Manage approvals, audit trails, and documentation to support regulatory and corporate governance requirements Modernize Content Operations with AI Advance AI assisted content workflows for briefing, outlining, variation, and quality checks Apply Responsible AI guardrails with solid human in the loop review and compliance oversight People, Budget & Vend
