Growing together. We are seeking an experienced Content Operations Manager to oversee the day to day management, accuracy, and governance of our content repository. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, fast paced environment and can support enterprise-level content workflows, including AI enabled processes, compliance requirements, and cross functional coordination

You will partner closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure content is organized, accessible, and optimized for business needs and campaign execution. Primary Responsibilities: Content Operations & Repository Management Manage daily operations of the content repository, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, version integrity, and compliance Execute content development and maintenance workflows, including version control, metadata tagging, and structured documentation Support the deployment and adoption of AI-driven tools to streamline content creation, updates, and quality checks Cross Functional Support & Workflow Coordination Collaborate with marketing, product, and campaign teams to ensure timely delivery and availability of content for launches and strategic initiatives Monitor content usage, engagement, and performance metrics; identify opportunities for operational improvements and process efficiencies Governance & Compliance Assist in content governance activities such as audits, taxonomy updates, and
