Growing together. We are seeking a skilled Cerner (Oracle Health) professional with expertise in PathNet design, configuration, and validation. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in healthcare IT systems, laboratory workflows, and system integration, along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Shift - Afternoon Shift - 2:30 PM - 12:00 AM (midnight IST) Primary Responsibilities: Design, configure, and validate Oracle Health PathNet (Cerner) modules Collaborate with clinical and lab teams to understand workflow requirements and translate them into system solutions Perform system configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), and implementation support Troubleshoot application issues and perform root cause analysis Support HL7 interfaces and ensure seamless system integration Develop and maintain reports using relevant reporting tools Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and lab standards Provide end-user support, training, and documentation Work closely with cross-functional and interdisciplinary teams for project delivery Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and optimization initiatives Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work
