Your role will be pivotal to support the development of sustainable, high-performance living spaces that support the next era of space exploration at Starbase and select SpaceX facilities
This full-time position is based in South Texas (Brownsville/South Padre area), offering you the autonomy to innovate and impact at a groundbreaking scale.</p> <p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Oversee all facets of multi-disciplinary residential construction projects on-site, from foundation to finish, with a focus on quality and innovation</li> <li>Champion the full project lifecycle for residential builds, prioritizing customer satisfaction, sustainability, and operational readiness</li> <li>Solicit and evaluate proposals from architects, engineers, and residential contractors; award contracts to drive value and speed</li> <li>Draft, negotiate, and manage comprehensive construction contracts specializing in residential disciplines</li> <li>Develop detailed project controls, including scheduling, budgeting, and cost management for residential developments</li> <li>Develop accurate preliminary cost estimates based on residential scopes, including material, labor, and site-specific factors</li> <li>Navigate and expedite approvals from city, county, and regulatory bodies for residential zoning, building codes, and environmental compliance</li> <li
