About this role

We’re seeking someone to join our team as a Communications Monitoring Compliance, Director in Global Compliance to play a key role in the execution, coordination, and oversight of the APAC Electronic Communications Surveillance program, partnering closely with stakeholders to ensure strong governance, risk identification, and regulatory readiness. In the Legal & Compliance division, we assist the Firm in achieving its business objectives by facilitating and overseeing the Firm’s management of legal, regulatory and franchise risk. This is a Director‑level position within the Communications Monitoring Compliance team, which provides second‑line oversight of the Firm’s electronic communications supervision program for compliance purposes

Surveillance Oversight & Judgment * Oversee execution of surveillance activities across email, messaging platforms, voice recording, and other Firm‑approved tools. * Review and handle surveillance escalations for completeness, quality, and consistency. * Serve as a senior escalation point for routine surveillance matters before further escalation
