Job Description The primary responsibility of the Credit Settlement Risk (CSR) Collateral Senior Manager is to protect the Visa from settlement losses by managing and overseeing collateral structures used to mitigate settlement risk exposure. This role ensures that collateral arrangements are appropriately structured, legally enforceable, operationally effective, and continuously monitored in line with Global Credit Settlement Risk (CSR) policies and procedures

The role acts as a key point of coordination across internal stakeholders and external counterparties to ensure effective collateral risk mitigation while supporting business growth initiatives. The Buenos Aires based position will report directly to the VP, LAC Head of Credit Settlement Risk. As part of an extended Global Team, the Credit Settlement Risk (CSR) Collateral Senior Manager will also be involved in managing and implementing the Global Credit Settlement Risk Policy

Essential Functions: Collateral Management & Oversight Manage the full lifecycle of collateral arrangements, including setup, maintenance, substitution, release, and execution. Oversee multiple forms of collateral, including cash, trust/escrow structures, securities, and guarantees. Ensure collateral levels are sufficient to cover current and projected exposure, in accordance with CSR standards
