Growing together. Optum are hiring a Cogito Administrator i n Letterkenny. Careers with Optum offer flexible work arrangements and individuals who live and work in the Republic of Ireland will have the opportunity to split their monthly work hours between our Letterkenny office and telecommuting from a home-based office in a hybrid work model

Primary Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain enterprise reporting and analytics solutions Build and optimize data models, dashboards, and reports for clinical and operational users Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and ETL workflows Monitor and troubleshoot ETL processes, data latency, and performance issues Resolve data quality issues across source systems and downstream reporting layers Support BI platforms and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) Ensure reporting structures align with business and operational needs Maintain documentation for data flows, technical specifications, and processes Collaborate with analysts, DBAs, BI teams, and business stakeholders Provide guidance on data definitions, availability, and best practices Participate in on call rotation providing 24x7 support for critical reporting issues Support multiple healthcare systems across U.S. time zones and work U.S. business hours as required You will be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clea
