Acting as a key contact for leadership to ensure alignment with partners' expectations. Coaching others and driving efforts to integrate instrumentation for gathering telemetry data on system behaviour such as performance, reliability, availability, utility, and safety mechanisms. Driving sustainment of feedback loops from telemetry resulting in subsequent designs

Creating outputs of telemetry such as notifications or dashboards. Coaching others in operations of live service as issues arise on a rotational, on-call basis. Coaching others to implement solutions and mitigations to complex issues impacting performance or functionality of Live Site services

Reviewing and writing postmortems and sharing insights with team. Driving ongoing performance assessment and management processes. Helping your team members grow and realise their potential

Required: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, with at least 7 years of experience leading teams to design, develop and support products/solutions in complex IT environments. Strong leadership skills, able to develop and grow a diverse team of individuals to collaborate as
