The Client Advisor is crucial to the success of the business by acting as a brand ambassador and the direct link between the Berluti brand and its’ customers. You will develop a local and international client book with the ability to recruit and develop top clients. Job responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities Meet individual and store targets sales targets Incorporate product knowledge, brand information and history in the selling ceremony with the end result of maximizing sales and building client loyalty Capture all relevant customer information for entry in the database Build and expand a client book; follow-through with client concerns, inquiries; maintain customer correspondence to build clientele, improve relationships and drive business.
