This role focuses on connecting clients with exquisite pieces that blend Italian craftsmanship with cutting-edge design. You will be responsible for nurturing relationships with a diverse client base, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty while driving sales through expert product knowledge and personalized service
What You Will Do: Proven success in a luxury retail environment, focusing on meeting and exceeding sales targets. Provide expert knowledge and advice on BVLGARI's small leather goods, handbags, and accessories range. Identify client needs and preferences to suggest products that enhance their collections
Conduct product presentations and private viewings, delivering a personalized shopping experience that reflects the luxury and exclusivity of the BVLGARI brand. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the latest collections and offerings in the small leather goods, handbag, and accessory categories. Manage sales transactions efficiently, following all company protocols and procedures
Client Relationship & Portfolio Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients by offering a bespoke service tailored to their preferences and lifestyles. Use clienteling tools and systems to track client information, preferences, and purchase history, ensuring a tailored approach in all interactions. Organize and attend client events, product launches, and other activities that enhance client engagement and brand loyalty
