Act as a Brand Ambassador, delivering an exciting and memorable experience to customers, creating, stimulating and maximizing sales opportunities in order to achieve store sales and profit targets as well as provide excellent service to customers. Job responsibilities Client Experience & Service Excellence Accountable for High Jewellery (HJ), High Watches (HEW) & High End (HE) sales overall Welcome all clients/prospects entering the store for whatever reason (browsing, purchase, after sale, complaint) grating an extraordinary service and never let the customer leave with bad impression.
