Job Details: Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chip Design Leader to join us and lead a digital design team and play a major role in developing our cutting-edge products for the AI industry. Responsibilities: Lead a team of design engineers of various qualities and experience characteristics, manage schedule, priorities, and resource allocation

Oversee the development and implementation of design features and units and support full-chip level engineers. Hands-on work and support to team members in RTL coding. Collaborate closely with verification, architecture, and backend engineers to deeply understand specifications, proactively identifying and addressing potential flaws during the development

Drive design reviews, ensure high-quality deliverables, and enforce coding and design guidelines. Analyze PPA results, derive insights, and effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders, contributing to strategic decision-making and project direction. Qualifications: B.Sc

in Electrical or Computer Engineering. 7+ years of proven experience in VLSI chip design engineering, with a focus on high-end SoCs and AI applications. Track record of leading design activities and successfully delivering chips/projects that meet the spec, PPA and timelines

Strong hands-on RTL design skills. Solid frontend to backend interface expertise, including: Timing closure and path optimization. Logic restructuring

Area and power reduction techniques. Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Strong motivating and mentorship skills to guide and inspire team members towards achieving exceptional performance
