Process daily quote requests in Model N with high accuracy and within defined turnaround times
Review and validate quote inputs, including MPN, quantity, distributor target cost, and competitive information. Ensure quotes are aligned with pricing guidelines, floor pricing, and business strategies. Maintain quote lifecycle (approval, expiry, updates) and ensure data integrity in the system
Work closely with Business Unit (BU) Pricing teams to obtain approvals for quotes and resolve exceptions. Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer demand to support pricing decisions. Provide insights to support margin optimization and quote-to-debit conversion performance
Act as a key point of contact for quoting-related queries from internal and external stakeholders. Ensure compliance with internal policies, audit requirements, and pricing governance. Support SOX controls and documentation where applicable
Maintain accurate documentation of quote decisions and approvals. Support reporting and dashboard development for quoting performance metrics. Track key KPIs such as quote turnaround time, conversion rates, and backlog
Prepare reports, presentations, and operational summaries as required. Leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to enhance business processes, including developing and implementing AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and operating as a culture vanguard towards infusing AI into everyday work. Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance or Supply Chain with related pricing or quotation experience! 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations or operations management, facing internal and external customers
