The Associate Director - Change & Instructional Design is a senior leadership role responsible for driving enterprise change enablement while providing strategic instructional design and learning leadership across the organization. In the near term, this role serves as a Change Practitioner, leading change strategies that support strategic initiatives and enterprise transformation

The role acts as a trusted advisor to leaders and stakeholders, shaping and executing change approaches that drive readiness, adoption, and sustained outcomes. Partnering closely with Communications, Learning, and cross‑functional teams, the role ensures change, communication, and training strategies are cohesive, aligned, and responsive to evolving business needs. As part of the broader Training and Learning organization, this role also provides Associate Director‑level instructional design leadership, setting direction, standards, and oversight for learning solutions that address complex performance and organizational challenges

The role is accountable for elevating quality, mentoring talent, shaping learning strategy, and ensuring enablement solutions deliver measurable business impact.
