Within the Client Care ecosystem, the Project & Performance Manager supports business in strategic-oriented projects, process-optimization initiatives and performance improvement driving efficiency, experience or profitability. The position will report to the Head of Global Client Care

Your missions: Lead projects: Actively manage all related projects linked to Client Care roadmap : strategic and IT projects Define project scope: objectives, deliverables, and timelines. Identify project requirements, and resources needed Lead project team, allocate resources, and manage project steps to achieve objectives. Monitor progress, track milestones, and ensure tasks are completed according to the timeline

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Establish effective communication providing regular project updates, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
