We’re looking for innovative and passionate team members who love all kinds of games and have insight about the challenging global market
What the Role Entails 1. Market Research & Trend Insights - Track global casual game market dynamics, genre evolution, design trends, and growth patterns. - Conduct systematic analysis of top-performing titles to distill critical design elements and success factors
- Deliver high-quality industry summaries and strategic insights for senior leadership and project teams. 2. Product Evaluation & Project Enablement - Provide product strategy recommendations for priority casual game projects, including core gameplay structure, content pacing, long-term retention, and monetization direction
- Support key reviews across prototype, MVP, and soft-launch stages with actionable improvement guidance. - Help teams identify product risks, opportunities, and potential areas for meaningful uplift. 3
