Position Summary... The Solution Consultant II initiates, manages, and supports the development and deployment of new applications, gathering business requirements, and leading testing activities. This role focuses on transforming projects and creating impactful solutions across various domains

What you'll do... This role focuses on hands-on development, technical guidance, and implementation of best practices across coding standards, security, automation, and modern AI-driven development approaches. This is a highly hands-on role requiring strong full-stack expertise, working knowledge of GCP , and exposure to Generative AI / Agentic development

The role also contributes to building and scaling test automation practices , while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Actively contribute to design, development, and code reviews for critical applications. Provide technical guidance to developers on architecture, coding standards, and best practices

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack. Contribute to building scalable, reliable, and high-performance systems. Partner with teams to reduce technical debt and improve maintainability

Design, build, and deploy applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) . Work with teams to implement cloud-native patterns , including microservices and containerisation. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automation, and infrastructure as code

Support optimisation of cloud performance, scalability, and cost Contribute to use cases leveraging LLMs, Generative AI, and agent-based workflows . Assist in building and integrating agentic solutions (multi-step workflows, automation, orchestration). Partner with data science and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into applications

Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and apply them where relevant. Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and delivery tracking. Communicate technical solutions and trade-offs effectively
